Return And Refund Policy
All the items we send to customers have gone through a very strict quality control process but if you feel unsatisfied with your purchase we recommend contacting us a maximum of 3 x 24 hours from the time the item is received.
If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will replace your money and shipping costs in full. But if you choose to exchange for new items, we will gladly send it to you at no additional cost.
If the item is damaged or lost during the shipping process, we will only replace half of the value of the item you purchased.
